THE SERVICE & YOUR ACCOUNT

ViceTrace is an independent GTA 6 research and planning companion, not a game or a connection to your Rockstar account. Public information can change or contain errors; source and certainty labels describe evidence, not guarantees. Protect your account, give accurate information and do not share access or impersonate another person. Contact Support about compromised access.

Free access includes public research, facts, guides, normal Search and basic saves/My Vice. Pro adds Advanced My Vice collections, private notes, tags, personal statuses, progress/resume, Following + What Changed, Power Search and saved search presets. These organise your plans, not automatic game progression. No gameplay synchronisation, guaranteed alerts, email/push digests or Rockstar synchronisation is promised.

MONTHLY & ANNUAL PRO

Monthly Pro is £4.99/month recurring until cancelled. Annual Pro is £45/year recurring until cancelled. Renewal charges follow the selected billing interval. The annual price saves £14.88 against twelve monthly payments. Review the total and billing information before any future payment; unexpected differences should be referred to Support, not accepted silently.

A pending, failed, unpaid or offline order does not itself grant paid Pro. Access follows authoritative payment and entitlement confirmation. If payment or entitlement cannot be verified, paid editing may pause; Free access and retained private data remain available under the applicable account controls.

WHAT LIFETIME PRO MEANS

“Lifetime Pro” means access to ViceTrace Pro without further subscription charges for as long as ViceTrace continues to operate the ViceTrace Pro service. It does not mean the lifetime of the individual member and does not guarantee that ViceTrace, GTA 6, any third-party service or every individual Pro feature will operate indefinitely. ViceTrace may change, replace or retire individual features as the service develops, provided this is not used to misleadingly remove the substance of the Lifetime Pro offer.

Original 500 includes the same full Pro feature permissions as recurring Pro, including future functionality when it is released within the normal Pro tier. This includes ad-free browsing on ViceTrace while signed in with active Pro. It does not remove ads from external websites or third-party video services. No ad network is active yet. This does not promise a particular unreleased feature or release date.

ORIGINAL 500 · £20 ONE-OFF LIFETIME PRO

First 500 qualifying members. There is no annual renewal charge.

A qualifying Original 500 member needs a valid ViceTrace account, a successful £20 Original 500 purchase, authoritative successful payment confirmation and compliance with these offer terms. Numbers are allocated sequentially in authoritative allocation order after authoritative successful qualifying payment has been independently verified. One qualifying account/customer is entitled to one membership unless ViceTrace expressly approves otherwise. Clearly fraudulent, abusive or duplicate purchases may be rejected or reversed, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Joining a launch list, starting or abandoning checkout, pending or failed payment, a test transaction, or an unpaid/offline order does not reserve a number.

Numbers run from 001 to 500. Each number is unique and, once allocated, is permanently part of the historical allocation record. An allocated number is never recycled or reassigned, including after a refund, reversal or revocation. Fewer than 500 active members may therefore remain after all 500 numbers have historically been allocated.

Original 500 recognises the early membership cohort only. It does not imply employment by ViceTrace, moderation authority, official Rockstar/GTA status, expertise or priority ranking.

CANCELLATION & EXPIRY

You may cancel renewal at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Unless a refund or statutory cancellation right applies, Pro access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Cancelling renewal does not delete your account, saves, collections, notes, tags, statuses or saved search presets. After paid access ends, Free functionality continues; retained personal Pro data remains readable, while Pro editing and following/change tracking pause.

Open Account Settings — Membership for renewal cancellation. If a self-service control is unavailable, email support@vicetrace.com or use Support. Include your account email and order reference if available; never send passwords. Account deletion is a separate request, not the route to cancel renewal.

REFUNDS & REVERSALS

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights. For an initial paid membership purchase, you may request cancellation/refund within 14 days of entering the contract. Contact support@vicetrace.com or use Support. After the applicable cancellation/refund period, cancelling a recurring subscription normally stops its next renewal; unused time in an already-paid period is not automatically refunded. Refunds remain available where required by law, agreed by ViceTrace, or justified by a material service problem.

Original 500 has the same 14-day refund request window. A completed refund removes the Lifetime Pro entitlement associated with that purchase. A successful reversal may also remove that entitlement and active/public Original 500 status. The historical number remains permanently reserved and is never recycled or issued to another customer. Historical provenance is retained. If simultaneous successful payments exceed the available released capacity, no extra number or unavailable membership is issued: a full refund is initiated, with operator recovery for failed or uncertain processing. Refund processing depends on the payment provider.

We do not ask you to waive statutory cancellation rights merely by signing in or using the site. Our initial-purchase 14-day refund request policy remains available if access starts during that period. Any separate request to start a service early must be explicit and separate from marketing consent; no automatic waiver is applied.

To exercise cancellation, send a clear statement that you wish to cancel, your account email, membership/order reference if known and purchase date. You may use the model wording below but do not have to.

YOUR PRIVATE DATA & ACCEPTABLE USE

Your research notes and collections remain your private content; ViceTrace processes them to provide the requested tools, as described in Privacy. Do not upload sensitive third-party personal data or material you are not entitled to share. Current submissions are reviewed privately, not published automatically.

Do not misuse access, interfere with security, commit fraud, submit stolen/leaked assets, harass people or upload unlawful content. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, protect users or comply with obligations. We will explain the reason where appropriate and allow contact through Support. Statutory rights and valid refund requests are not removed by an account restriction.

SERVICE CHANGES & THIRD PARTIES

ViceTrace may improve, replace or retire features and will communicate material membership changes. We will not use changes to misleadingly remove the substance of Lifetime Pro. If Pro is discontinued, contact Support about the effect on your membership and any applicable remedy. Hosting, authentication and payment services depend on Wix and relevant providers; game material depends on its original publisher. Their availability is not guaranteed indefinitely.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & FAN STATUS

Grand Theft Auto, GTA VI, Rockstar Games and related marks and artwork belong to their respective owners. ViceTrace is not affiliated with, sponsored by, authorised by or endorsed by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. Do not reproduce third-party material without the rights needed to do so.

RESPONSIBILITY & DISPUTES

We aim to provide the service with reasonable care. These terms do not exclude or restrict consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Research is not official gameplay advice or a guarantee of an outcome.

The law of England and Wales applies, subject to mandatory consumer protections applicable where you live. Nothing here prevents a consumer using courts or rights available to them under those protections. Please contact Support first so we can try to resolve concerns.

Keep a copy of these terms using your browser’s Save or Print control. Terms supplied with a future purchase govern that purchase; material later changes will not silently replace the agreed terms.
